All sales are considered final, and no refunds, returns, or exchanges are guaranteed. Exceptions can be made with our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.
You may cancel an order at any time prior to shipment. Custom orders will not be refunded if canceled.
If your item arrives damaged, you may contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a replacement. Upon approval, you may be required to pay for shipping of the replacement item, but the item itself will be at no cost.
